*** PLEASE NOTE : All our Standard Express and Regular parcel orders are packed and sent via Australia Post & do not
require ‘Signature on Delivery’.
Once parcels are listed ‘DELIVERED’ through Aust. Post tracking, we will no longer be held responsible for any parcels claim lost.

Margaux Lee charge a flat rate per parcel for Express delivery within Australia (usually 1-2 working days depending on location).
Please note your postcode may not fall under next day delivery for Express Post (most rural suburbs).
We offer FREE regular delivery within Australia (3-7 working days depending on your location) NO signature on delivery, For orders over $150
Order parcels are usually dispatched within 2 business days, shipping times are estimated depending on the shipping address.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days via email to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is calculated according to order weight & shipping destination. Under new Australia Post International delivery services, we are unable to provide details for the parcel but will include signature on delivery for some countries on full priced purchases. International orders usually take up to 7-14 days for most countries but can take up to 3 weeks with some. We do not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your Billing and Shipping address as we are unable to reroute packages. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange or refund a full price item if deemed faulty.
Margaux Lee will not refund or accept returns for items due to change of mind, as it is jewellery & cannot be assured it has not been worn & returned - returning of earrings is also unsanitary for us to do so for change of mind.
For any faulty item or items damaged in transit please get in touch via email to discuss returning your items & receiving either a refund or credit note minus shipping.
